A Woman You Should Know -
Dr. Reba Williams-White comes to us from Terrell,Texas. She is a prominent physician in the Terrell community. Her specialty is women's health and God blessed her to open Terrell Womens Health Center, Inc.in June 2002.Her life exemplifies how Christ can guide one to achieve great things.
Dr.Reba, (as they call her in Terrell) has a biography that reads like Who’s Who in America. Her foremost accomplishment is that she is a faithful Christian. She was baptized at the Residence Park Church of Christ in Dayton, Ohio at the age of ten. Currently, she worships at the Eastside Church of Christ in Forney, Texas.
Her educational accomplishments can be summed up in one word, excellence. Dr. Reba was valedictorian of her high school graduating class and continued in this vein throughout college. She was valedictorian at Southwestern Christian College and graduated with honors from David Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee.
Dr.Reba’s meritorious achievement persisted throughout medical school where she was awarded the Janet O. Thompson Memorial Award. This honor was bestowed upon Dr. Reba for possessing the highest grade point average in the OB-GYN specialty.
In November 2006, she was selected to serve on the Board of Directors of Southwestern Christian College.She is a Life-Time Member of the Bowser Associated Women for SWCC along with being a member of several other professional associations.
This great lady holds her commitment to God, her family, her dedication to academic excellence and Christian education in high esteem. Dr. Reba credits her mother,Mrs. Josephine R. Davidson for her value system.
Her favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ which strengths me.”
